Phelim “Gabber” Dean
Phelim Francis Dean II, aka “Gabber” tends bar at Dean’s on a St Patrick’s Day in the late 1950’s. Gabber’s mother and father came to Grays Ferry, like so many others, from Mayo, Ireland and opened the bar in 1933.
